Original Better Cookies

Ingredients

  • 125g 'Original Better'

  • 125 g raw cane sugar / vegan honey / agave syrup

  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom syrup

  • 60 ml plant-based milk

  • 250 g flour (spelt / wholegrain recommended)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 100g raw vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

Mix 'Original Better', raw cane sugar, coconut blossom syrup, and creamy plant-based drink.

Add flour, baking powder, and salt & stir into a smooth batter.

Now mix in chocolate chips.

Roll a spoonful of batter into a ball, place it on a baking sheet, and lightly flatten it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C (347 °F) for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool briefly and enjoy!
