Young Dutch Kimchi Toast

Ingredients:

125g Willicroft Young Dutch

250g Kimchi

2x Slices of Bread

Olive oil

Directions

Cut two thick slices of bread and drizzle them with olive oil

Heat a frying pan (or toastie machine if you have one)

Layer one slice of bread generously with Young Dutch and kimchi and top with the second slice

Gently fry the toastie on both sides until the Young Dutch has melted and the bread is golden brown
