Spinach Greek White Rolls

Ingredients: 

1 roll of fresh pizza dough or puff pastry

150 gr frozen spinach

150 gr Willicroft Greek White

1 clove of garlic

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp sesame seeds


Instructions: 

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper. 

2. Add oil to the pan and cook garlic for 1 minute and add the frozen spinach to the pan and cook until soft and warm. Transfer to a bowl and let cool for a few minutes.

3.In the meantime roll out your pizza dough and crumble the Greek White into your spinach.

4. Place the spinach and Greek White mix lengthwise down the centre of your dough. Roll it up and cut into 6 small rolls.

5. Brush the top of the roll with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds

6. Place your rolls on your baking tray and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
